Street Art Installation on Empty Lots

A really neat installation on a few empty lots in North Philadelphia East neighborhood near Norris Square. Is that Montezuma? The skull display piece looks like it has a an Aztec or Mayan influence, a lot of work went into this stuff and its surviving nicely outdoors. I photographed these works of art in March and I want to go back and see how they look with some nice greenery added to the scenery. Photo taken in March 2019.
