I've always been fascinated by early American medicine bottles, the older, cruder and rarer, the better. I began collecting antique bottles in 1972 but did not acquire my first colored pontil example until 1991. That bottle was a beautiful Kimball's Jaundice Bitters, Troy, NH and I purchased it from the Rose Sale auction that was held by Harmer Rooke Galleries on 57th Street in New York City.
Anderson's Dermador OP 4 1/8 Inch
In a private collection since 1980 then sold in my eBay Store In April, 2021. I found this example, or one exactly like it, in a crawlspace of an early farm house on New Durham Road in South Plainfield, NJ in the late 1970s.
