Dave Leitinger, Dave Tinney, Tom Kennedy-Jansen and Joe Butewicz had permission to explore a North Philadelphia construction site that covered two entire lots. The privies had about 10 feet of overburden removed. Seven brick lined privies were dug in one day and not much was found. Some common pontil medicines and quart stoneware beers were the best finds. A wood lined privy was dug the day before on the site and it contained a broken yellow sunburst flask from a Baltimore glass house.
