All dug in one small wood lined privy on Livingston Avenue, directly across the street from the State Theater, in New Brunswick. There were three Isaac Fell, three George Leach and only two unembossed examples. About 30 privies were dug in a small area on this irregularly shaped block when permission was granted during the excavations for Helfich Plaza. A small bank stood in the middle of the block and its parking lot and building kept these privies sealed off for many years.
